Rubicon’s mission is to automate the large, yet highly inefficient internet advtertising industry. Today they’re sharing some statistics from their private beta program. They go like this..
· Since launching the Beta program in October 2007, more than 3500 web publishers have signed up to use the service.
· To date, the Rubicon Project has optimized 4 billion online advertisements across more than 50 ad networks.
· The Rubicon Project has already earned website publisher customers more than $1 million in revenue.
Quote from Frank Addante, CEO of the Rubicon Project:
“It’s been an amazing couple of months here at the Rubicon Project. When we started the company, we could never have predicted that by January 2008 our Beta product would already be delivering real monetary value to web publishers across the globe. With significant capital in the bank, we are now laser-focused on expanding our team, building out our infrastructure and revolutionizing the way people make money with online advertising. I can’t wait to see where we are in January 2009!”

Rubicon has also picked up a few awards including the AlwaysOn OnMedia 100 winner and our very own ‘Best in Show’ award from Twiistup 3.
Keep up the great work Rubicon, it’s nice to see this success as you’re helping publishers make money.
