Twiistup gets another mention on CNNMoney thanks to the great article from Brian Deagon.

Looks like the article ‘Networking Groups Aim To Turn L.A. Into Technology Star’ from Investor’s Business Daily is making it’s way around the web. Read the CNN article here.
Twiistup is in this article by Brian Deagon of Investor’s Business Daily.
The BureauofCommunication.com sounds serious, but it’s actually a cool site where you can create “forms” such as unsolicited feedback, declaration of romantic intent, formal apology, official invitation and more. The forms are created via the old Mad Lib style and can be emailed immediately. Next time you have something to say, try it out!

Sphere: Related ContentAmazing how far we’ve come over the past several months when it comes to mobile + search + location. That is of course thanks to the iPhone + Google Maps. Just found this concept for another approach at making us even lazier. From the looks of this concept you simply hold the clear sheet in front of locations, objects, words, etc and up comes data!
From the site: Choose a building and touch a floor and it tells you more details of the building. You can use it when you want to know a car model, an insect name, what kind of food is served at a restaurant and how much, who built a bridge, etc. With detail informations like that, this gadget might only be used by secret service agents. Very futuristic concept.

The overall form factor seems impractical unless you could wad it up like a handkerchief and stash it in your pocket. Another approach would be to use your iPhone camera + Google Identify. That said, the concept is hot and I want to use it.

OMG! That’s got to be the ugliest hand model I’ve ever seen! Those fingernails are hideous!
Michael gets into type. Discussed: Stanley Kubrick’s favorite font, the cover design of The Catcher in the Rye, and the link between phototypesetting and Free Love.

Designer James Biber took inspiration from Radio City Music Hall for this basement theater design. What sets this design apart are the hidden lights that face ‘the stage.’ All this in a residential basement space - how cool is that?!
Sphere: Related ContentSanta Monica based Comedy.com has launched. The site is filled with funny videos, stand up comics and jokes. Users have the ability to ‘Digg’ er ‘LOL’ funny content. One of my favorite parts is the randomness of the insult ticker which just told me “Yo’ momma’s so stupid, she got stabbed in a shoot-out.” Check it out, seems like fun.
